We have been very successful in adjusting to a remote workforce with work-from-home flexibility and have added new staff, completed their onboarding and integrated them successfully into our culture. Our new work-from-home culture includes regular company-wide Zoom meetings, virtual happy hours and activities for staff, weekly client meetings using Zoom, and optional Zoom exercise classes for our staff. When we do re-open our bright and airy downtown Denver office, it will be done so with intention and allow for flexibility.

Our company reporting on our financial health, sales pipeline, client’s health and client reporting has been automated and visualized onto Domo. We are transparent with our staff and believe we are stronger today for it.
