Josh James – Founder and CEO, Domo

Josh founded Domo to help CEOs and other decision makers change the way their business is managed and drive value from the billions of dollars spent generating and capturing business data. Domo’s 1,000+ customers include more than 20% of the Fortune 50, in industries spanning retail, media, high-tech, manufacturing, financial services and beyond. A pioneer in the data economy, Josh was CEO of Omniture, the web-analytics powerhouse he co-founded in 1996, took public in 2006, and sold to Adobe in 2009 for $1.8 billion. He serves on the board of Rakuten, one of the world’s three largest e-commerce companies.

David Walde – CEO of Coldwater Creek Direct, LLC

David Walde joined Coldwater Direct as CEO in October, 2014. Under his leadership Coldwater Direct has grown rapidly to approximately $200 million in customer demand. Before joining Coldwater Direct, Mr. Walde served as the President and CEO of Blair LLC and led the merger and integration of the Arizona Mail Order (AMO) business to Blair.

During his 10 years as CFO of Appleseed’s and Orchard Brands, he was instrumental in executing the growth by acquisition strategy that resulted in Orchard Brands growing from $100 million to $1 billion in sales from 2005 to 2008. In addition, Mr. Walde brings with him extensive experience in direct marketing and business strategy serving as CFO and interim CEO for Saga International Holidays, corporate controller at J. Jill Group and Audit Manager KPMG.

Elaine Rubin – Founder, Chief Strategy Advisor

Elaine is the founder and President of Digital Prophets Network, an ecommerce, digital, consumer focused consulting and advisory firm that serves online, offline and omni channel brands and retailers across all industries. As a direct-to-consumer business and digital marketing pioneer with over 20+ year strategic and operational experience in retail and eCommerce, Elaine is best known in the industry as the founder of serving as Chairman elect for 11 years, sat on the National Retail Federation Board, and has run businesses for,, and Elaine is a board member of Smart and Final, Inc. (NYSE: SFS) and co-founder of Retreat & Disrupt, an invite only digital leader’s summit.

Ben Hemphill

Ben Hemphill – Crocs VP – Global Digital Marketing, Analytics and CRM

Ben Hemphill has spent the last 5 years shaping the team, strategy and capabilities on which Crocs’ next phase of growth is being built.  He is accountable for Digital Marketing, Analytics and CRM strategy and execution across the Global Crocs DTC footprint.  Prior to Crocs, Ben spent over a decade with PwC Advisory and other Big 4 consulting firms delivering Digital Transformation initiatives for clients in the telecommunications, mobile, software and content industries.

Parker Block – Founder, Agoranet 

Parker’s career in fashion retail and e-commerce spans twenty years and three continents working with VF Corp and the Otto Group. Parker currently is focused on the opportunities and challenges retailers face with the rise of alternative commerce platforms, mobile and changing consumer habits.

Betsy Markey – Former Representative from Colorado’s 4th District

Betsy Markey has served as a Member of U.S. Congress representing Colorado’s 4th Congressional District, as the Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, and as the Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental Affairs in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Betsy also co-founded a successful technology company, Syscom Services, as well as operated and later sold a local business. Combined, she brings over 35 years of leadership experience in government and the private sector. Today, Betsy continues her service on non-profit boards and commissions.

Nissa Erickson

Nissa Erickson – District Representative for Congressman Jared Polis

Nissa Erickson is the District Representative for Congressman Jared Polis, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, for Colorado’s second Congressional District. Polis serves on the Committee on Rules, Committee on the Education and Workforce, Committee on Ethics and the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee. Nissa is based out of Summit County and covers eight counties for Polis.

Jessica Calef

Jessica Calef – Specialty Retail at Google

Jessica Calef leads the Ascena Retail relationship at Google works within the Specialty Retail team focusing specifically on branded apparel. Jessica has been at Google for 10+ years, focusing on branding and shopping solutions for our advertising partners. Prior to Google, Jessica worked in TV sales at the CW Network and graduated from the George Washington University with a degree in TV Production. Jessica lives in NYC with her husband and daughter.

Emily Smith

Emily Smith – Agency Lead at Google

Emily Smith leads a team focused on agency business development at Google’s NYC office. Emily has been at Google for 13+ years, focusing on agency partnerships for about half that time. Prior to her time working with agencies, Emily’s remit was partnering with Google’s largest Travel industry clients focused on their digital marketing efforts. She has her BA and BS from Boston University and lives in New Jersey with her husband and 3 children.

Elisha Heaps

Elisha Heaps – Chief Data Scientist at Digilant

Elisha is Chief Data Scientist at Digilant, leading the development of algorithmic real-time bidding solutions and programmatic audience targeting and extension. She is responsible for architecting the scalable, proprietary big data optimization strategies at the heart of Digilant’s product vision. In her time at Millennial Media (Jumptap) Elisha created a target audience optimization engine which processed quadrillions of records. She also designed, tested, and implemented real-time bidding algorithms responsible for handling billions of daily requests. Outside adtech, her recent work includes the architecture and implementation of the flight and hotel recommendation systems for a travel start-up called Lola Travel, as well as artificial intelligence development for a number of its sister companies in the portfolio of Boston’s Blade software foundry.

Elisha received her M.S from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her B.A. from Harvard University.
